Hi there, and welcome to KZ Photography!
My name is Kimberly, and I am 33 fabulous years young! I am a photographer and an artist; a daughter, sister, friend... amongst all things one could call themselves. I was born and raised in New York, but I am currently based in the greater Seattle area. I’m an avid iced coffee drinker. I enjoy playing games on my phone during downtime and I enjoy reading when I remember to! I love all things art, Sailor Moon and Pokémon (mainly Togepi and Dedenne.. they are just so small and cute). I adore Autumn and I honestly prefer Winter over Summer; I just hate being hot! I'm obsessed with Roses and live by ALL BLACK EVERYTHING. I have a weakness to a great scented candle; my current favorite scent is Lavender and Lattes, by Better Homes & Gardens. I love listening to The Weeknd, Rihanna, Saint Jhn, Lady Gaga and Paramore (just to name a few). I love food, but mainly Sushi, Pasta, Chessy Pizza and Grilled Chicken Caesar Salads! I enjoy making good memories and sharing laughs with my family and friends, though at times I can be a bit shy. But once you get to know me, I am a very open, free spirit that enjoys the good things in life. Taking risks has never been my strong suit and had some great opportunities pass by, but I take every day with appreciation and the magic it brings.

My favorite quote at the moment is "I am seeking, I am striving, I am in it with all my heart.” ― I started taking pictures with my iPhone in my mid 20’s, but a few years later I was gifted my very first Sony camera, A6000, from my boyfriend on our 1 year anniversary. Being in one of the busiest cities in the world for most of my life, my captures are influenced by Cityscape and Street photography, but now I am expanding into Nature photography. Every time I pick up my camera, I keep in mind to capture anything and everything I set my eyes on. Capturing the beauty the world has to offer us and sharing it is my passion. A lot of people tend to let moments pass them by... but this motivates me to capture anything I come across, so that my picture could last a lifetime. My personal mission statement is... do whatever you want, as long as it’s filled with passion.
